Law No.3/2011 regarding Fund Transfer

On 23 March 2011, the government of the Republic of Indonesia has issued Law No. 3 of 2011 regarding Transfer of Fund (Law No. 3/2011). Law No. 3/2011 shall be effective as of 23 March 2011.
Law No. 3/2011 regulates that all transfer of funds shall be supervised by Bank Indonesia and that fund transfers must be done through companies with legal status which own licenses to transfer funds from Bank Indonesia.
